Refund policy
Returns and Exchange
We process returns only as a part of exchange or if you have received a defective item, as described below. We DO NOT process 'change-of-mind' returns.
We take utmost care to ensure you receive top-quality, premium products, but on the off-chance that you do receive a damaged item, we would like to ensure it gets replaced or returned.
Please ensure you shoot a video of unpacking the items you have received and send it to us at chef@totallyhomecooked.com if you have received a damaged product. In the absence of the unpacking video to support the claim of having received a damaged product, we will not be able to process a return for you.
Exchanges not related to damage are processed only for apparel if notified within 5 days of receipt of the product. The exchanged product is restricted to one size above or below of the same product and variant as in your original order.
Please note that exchanges will not be processed if the product received in the original order shows signs of extended wear and the original labels and packaging are not retained.
Refunds
We process refunds only if you have a rightful claim for a return as described above and we, for any reason, are not able to arrange it for you.
